About Taxes
Taxes are collected by the customs of the destination country in accordance with its rules and policies. It is the customer's responsibility to understand the situation in their country/region. Goods from all our warehouses have not paid delivery tax. Therefore, if any, these fees must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping fees, customs fees and handling fees.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, date and time the order was placed, order status, and the package tracking number for the shipped item. Tracking Number Not Active
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
Shipping Address Change
For requests to change the shipping address, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
Incorrect Address
If you put an incorrect address during checkout and product return to our store after delivery, then we will not be responsible for the loss of your order.
Item Is Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock item immediately and once the remaining items are back in stock.
Beyond Delivery Time
If the delivery time is longer than estimated, please contact us so we can investigate.
Package Damaged In Transit
When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the packaging appears damaged, complete the following steps:
1) Take a picture of the damage.
2) Then please send an email to service@hitluste.com immediately with a photo attached.
3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.
4) Do not discard the box or packing material, otherwise the shipping company will not accept your claim.
Did Not Receive The Goods
Package Lost In Transit
Once the courier investigates and believes the package is lost, we will process a refund or replacement immediately.
Cancel Order
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our relevant staff will get in touch with you immediately. Your order could be modified or refunded only before we ship out the item. Feel free to reach out to us at service@hitluste.com for additional help.
If cancelled on the same day, you will not be charged any processing fee. However, if you cancel your order at any time after the same day, please do not accept FedEx canceled packages (sometimes RTS requests will fail) as you will also be responsible for returning the package. Return shipping is at your expense.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping Options?
We have more than 16 warehouses nationwide to expedite the shipping and processing of your order, usually within 3-7 business days to most addresses. In order to keep all our customers free shipping, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Can You Deliver My Order To A Po Box?
We only ship to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver PO Boxes.
Does My Shipment Require A Signature On Delivery?
Some items require a signature (direct signature required) based on value, shipping issues, or size. Someone in the household needs to sign these items. These items can also be picked up and signed for at your local FedEx location if you contact and arrange for them. If your order is shipped via FedEx, opening a FedEx Delivery Manager account will provide more options. When you receive tracking information after your order ships, you can review the tracking information to see if it says a signature is required, so you can arrange for someone to sign at that address.
We are not directly responsible for any loss, theft or damage during delivery. Please be patient as we must claim the damage to the shipping courier and send you the part or replacement.
Parcels Are Delivered Separately
Your order may be shipped in different packages, please don't worry if you didn't get all items at the first package, we must ship other items in other packages.
